Blogging
is actually a job, I realize it now. It’s a mental job. You have to rake your
brains, get the best ideas on the paper. Interesting enough for the people to
read and come back for more. Phew it sounds like a really tough job.
Today
I will write about a hidden gem of Pakistan. Literally a hidden, tucked away deep
down and only stumble upon by a rare chance. His name is Sahibzadah Mohammad Ali and he’s a rising tennis player of Pakistan.
Just 14 years old and already ranked number 2 in whole of Asia (masha Allah). Even at a young age he has shown great
potential and bagged quite a many tournaments to his name. amazing! Really .
You
know it’s really sad I only got to know about him through random blog reading. His
detailed interview was covered by a fellow blogger NMAFZAL. If you are
interested you can read the interview in the link below. But as I read further it was quite sad. The young
talent of Pakistan who will one day become Djokovic or Nadal of Pakistan, is
actually left to fend for himself. Without proper coaching, proper tennis
grounds to train in and absolutely no funding from the government and
otherwise, our young talent relies on himself to become the future aisam ul haq
of Pakistan.
Well
not all is sad though, he is way too passionate to be deterred by anything in
his way. You go get ‘em boy!!
Our
country is full of unlimited potentials, multitude of talent in all walks of
life but what we lack are resources. Give us resources and then see us take on the world!
Please
feel free to like him and support him on his facebook page here.
